Our Refund Policy

Our stylists delight themselves on providing you with exceptional service and excellent customer care. We do not issue refunds on Salon services.

However, should you have any concerns or questions about the service you received, we would love you to reach out and let us know.

If we don’t know, we can’t help you.

We require you to return to the salon so that we can visually inspect your hair. At that time we will make every effort to make any adjustments needed with your original stylist. These adjustments will be made available to you at no extra cost.

We are also happy for you to return any retail products purchased from the salon with 7 days of purchase. No cash value is given, instead a salon credit will be issued, or the same value of other retail projects.
