Deposit and Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a 30% deposit is required no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled service. This deposit will be applied to your final bill on the day of your appointment.
If a deposit is not received at least 48 hours before your appointment, your booking may be cancelled.
We operate under a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. We kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule so we can best accommodate you.
Please note that exceptions may be granted at the discretion of management.
Our Refund Policy
Our stylists delight themselves on providing you with exceptional service and excellent customer care. We do not issue refunds on Salon services.
However, should you have any concerns or questions about the service you received, we would love you to reach out and let us know.
If we don’t know, we can’t help you.
We require you to return to the salon so that we can visually inspect your hair. At that time we will make every effort to make any adjustments needed with your original stylist. These adjustments will be made available to you at no extra cost. You must contact the salon within 7 days of your original appointment, otherwise you void your opportunity for a complimentary rework.
We are also happy for you to return any retail products purchased from the salon with 7 days of purchase. No cash value is given, instead a salon credit will be issued, or the same value of other retail projects.
