Welcome to our final Avaia News for the Year 2016, and WOW what a year it has been.
There has been so many fantastic changes over this year; from the Avaia Team having lots of Current Trend Training and also enjoying watching the salon grow and evolve into something even more special. We have had new staff join the ‘A’ Team, and we have seen our old favouritesoff on new adventures. We have loved every minute of 2016, and are so blessed to have such amazing, supportive clients.
WE ASKED...
At Avaia we pride ourselves in giving the best possible experience. That is why mid year we conducteda survey, to see what you thought we could do better and what you already loved about yourAvaia Time. The results told us you were already enjoying your amazing Avaia experience, but a few of you did have a few suggestions for us, which we have solved.
PARKING
We currently have 5 car parks located at the rear of the building. All you have to do is drive through the orange fence carpark on Brisbane Street and walk to the right hand side walkway around to Victoria street to salon. Wa-la
WIFI
This has always been available for our clients. Pleasedon’t hesitate to ask the girls for the WIFI code.
EXTENDED TRADING HOURS
We are now open Monday to Thursday – 9am - 8pm, Friday 9-5pm, and Saturday 8- 2pm.
MUSIC
We are now members of Pandora radio. Yay!! This station provides a wide range of music to suit everyone. If you have a special request to make your Avaia Experience more enjoyable let us know.
MASSAGES
We all know this is half the reason we come to the hairdressers! Extra long massages will now be added to the Salon menu for a small fee. Just inform your stylist when you rebook next so we can allocate the time!
FOOT STOOLS & SIDE TABLES
Due to there already being so much around the chairs near the wall, foot stalls may be a tripping hazard, if you would like a foot stool, please ask for a centre station, or we do have a portable foot stool option.

WINK BEAUTY
We now have a beauty therapist located at Avaia Hair. Amelia from Wink Beauty is located in the centre room and is here to look after you beauty needs. Phone 0473 312 320 to book.
NEW SKILLS
Skye is back from her educational trip to America, feeling refreshed and motivated, excited to try her new skill’s in salon and spread the passion. She attended a one day, one-on-one cutting course in New York, and had the pleasure of having her hair cut in the salon well. Then she attended a hairstylist cruise, where she learnt so many new techniques which is now going to train all the girls. Watch out, the girls will be excited to try them on you.

CHRISTMAS TRADING HOURS
It’s all hands on Deck at Avaia Hair this Christmas Season. We will all be working late every night. We will be closed Saturday 24th December and returning Tuesday 3rd January. Make sure you book in, as we are getting quite booked up.
