Avaia Hair organised and flew Pete from Excellent Edges at the start of the month! The whole ‘A’team joined in on the fun, learning all the benefits of high quality, handcrafted scissors, investing in their kit and how to get the most out of their scissors for our clients! Education is so important for our team to keep moving forward with the trends and keeping their skills on point! Thank you so much for making the trip up to Mackay, Pete!!

Have you seen the new scarves and jewellery that has come into the salon? Mahliku Creatives is another one of Skye’s babies, bringing the luxury of being able to pick up that effortless accessory that is going to jazz up your do a little bit! So cute! Skye is off to Africa again!!
Skye & Msaro are taking their little girl Amahliah over to meet her African family. They are also heading to China to launch another of their businesses, Msaro African Adventures, at the world travel expo in Shanghai. While in China, Skye will be researching beautiful silk products, that will be amazing for caring for everyone’s hair. Think silk pillowcases, hair wraps and scarves. Skye will be out of the salon for 6 weeks!! We are excited for her to take some much needed rest, but can’t wait for her to come back already! We hope you have a safe trip Skye!!

Extended hours
Welcoming new staff into our ‘A’Team Family will allow us to extend our hours on a Saturday!! Just another way we can now work around YOU! We are super excited about this. Starting April, on Saturdays we will be open from 8am-5pm.
