New Salon Update
We are so close to the finish line, it is hard to believe we found the magnificent space last May... What.... The build became bigger than we expected, but believe us, it is amazing..
It’s been a long time coming, but it’s going to be so worth it. The team are super excited to start fresh in a new salon and bring with us all of our amazing clients and welcome new clients to this fantastic new luxe space.
Not only will the salon be brand-new lux and sexy, there will be exciting new things to add to the Avaia experience!!

Grace had her baby!
Congratulations to our Beautiful Grace. Yes that’s right Grace had a little girl. Mylee Rose Plaister xx Born on the 13th of February. Mum and Bub are doing well and we can’t wait to see you both in salon to squeeze you both x
Hannah’s back
The Avaia family are so excited for Hannah’s return. It’s been so lovely seeing all of Hannah’s clients back in salon. Watching her in her element creating beautiful hair and connections with existing and new clients. You’ll see Hannah sharing the role of stylist on the floor as well as front of house. Being a huge help while Grace is on maternity leave. Welcome home Hannah xx
And if you didn’t know, we farewelled Danyell and Chloe. Chloe has embarked on a new journey, as a paralegal. You will still see her in salon getting her hair done, as well as guest appearances every now and then. And Danyell has flown the coop, and is off in her own space creating beautiful hair. We miss both girls a lot, and wish them nothing but the best.
Welcome Kelly
Kelly will be joining the team in March every Friday from 9 - 3 pm. Here are some words for Kelly -
”I am so excited to begin my journey with Avaia Hair and their Amazing Team. I am a proud mama of two, with 15 years in the hairdressing industry. This has brought me many wonderful achievements with attending international hair conferences, workshop learning, filled with amazing training opportunities. I continue to grow a love for creating beautiful, professional colour work, and have a lot of passion for style cutting and blondes. I am a very creative, genuine and caring person , with a lot of pride in creating personalised hair for all of my clients.”
